10 years of creative collaboration with 1st-9th grade students will be presented, discussed and analyzed in this interactive session. Many anecdotes will be given that outline the risks and rewards of creating original music with students. The short and long term benefits of creating music with students will be examined. We will also discuss transformation and evolution creative products and process as they relate to the development of new technologies over the last 10 years. Many samples of student work will be given.
